Phoenix, AZ (December 21, 2022) – Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. is pleased to announce it has strengthened the Firm’s Business Transactions and Real Estate sections this fall with the hiring of Tyler Garrett as an Associate in the Phoenix office. A 2021 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Mr. Garrett will serve the businesspeople of Phoenix and continue the JSS legacy of providing exceptional service to his clients and community. His primary focus will include the governance and transactional needs of his clients, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and property development, leasing and financing matters.

Having spent his childhood in Gilbert, Mr. Garrett’s hiring marks his return to the Valley of the Sun. Prior to joining Jennings Strouss, Mr. Garrett lived in Dallas, TX, and worked as a Real Estate Associate for Jones Day, an international law firm. Among other things, he produced and coordinated work product for many high-profile deals with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, lenders, title companies and others. During law school in Charlottesville, VA, Mr. Garrett worked as a Legal Intern for a large outdoors retailer before working as a Summer Associate for Jones Day.

When he is not closing deals, Tyler can be found doing yoga, meditating, hiking, rock-climbing and playing Nintendo 64 with his son.
