Our attorneys have particular experience in charitable giving tax issues, in particular, planned and deferred giving. Their expertise also includes utilizing federal and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and tax-exempt bond financing to structure transactions; advising on compliance issues; counseling on state and local tax incentives; resolving complex tax issues, and providing wide-ranging federal and state tax advice. In addition, our attorneys are knowledgeable on qualified opportunity zones and qualified opportunity funds.
