Biography
Mr. Peabody focuses his practice on labor and employment law with an emphasis on preventing and defending discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination cases and wage and hour audits. Mr. Peabody’s practice also includes litigation related to, and the drafting of, non-solicitation and non-compete agreements.
Mr. Peabody also regularly engages in pro bono work including regular pro bono work with several legal clinics and defending non-profits in employment related matters.
He graduated from Arizona State University in May 2012 with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science. He attended the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where he earned his J.D. in 2017. Mr. Peabody was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Kent Cattani at the Arizona Court of Appeals.
