Attention to detail and advanced preparations are always good business concepts. In the past several years, if nothing else, those of us in the areas touched by financial issues have learned the value of thoughtful and practical experienced legal advice. That is what our Firm, our team and I can do to help you and your business. We actively assist banks, private and public, officers, directors, and shareholders in issues from regulatory compliances, dispute resolution, deal structures, bankruptcy issues and related matters.   • Represented community bank officers and directors relating to state and federal regulations, bank closures, administrative regulatory issues, and loss claims
  • Represented numerous debtors on issues of restructuring, refinance, and release of personal guarantees and related issues
  • Represented an international company in the purchase, sale, and reorganization of commercial buildings and improved and unimproved land
  • Represented Savings & Loan Association on the sale of various debt instruments
  • Successfully defended and reorganized a client owning through multiple entities major real estate projects
  • Represented a major real estate development of over 5000 acres, multiple golf courses, and infrastructure to a successful sale
  • Represented retail business with multi-state locations in debt restructure, store closures, lease negotiation and subsequent sale to a public company
  • Represented client in licensing agreements, and in arranging and structuring financing with a major publicly traded company
  • Represented a major real estate company in the restructuring of financing involving debtor in possession, public company financing, and offshore financing
