She is knowledgeable with the filing practices of patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and assists with all other issues related to intellectual property and intellectual property litigation.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of various docketing databases – maintains the firm’s patent and trademark databases
  • Prepares and assists with filings and documents for trademark prosecution at both state and United States Patent and Trademark Office levels
  • Conducts preliminary clearance searches for proposed trademarks/trade names and maintains the firm’s trademark database
