Biography

Ms. LeClair has significant trial experience and primarily focuses her practice on family law. Her practice includes representation related to prenuptial agreements and all issues related to divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and post-divorce modifications. Ms. LeClair also has experience in commercial litigation and bankruptcy. She attended Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where she earned her J.D with high pro bono distinction and was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers. Ms. LeClair recently worked as an Assistant Federal Public Defender in the Capital Habeas Unit of the Federal Public Defender’s Office. She is also a graduate of the FDCC Ladder Down Class of 2020.
