Mr. Kelly Chairs the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.  He has 34 years of experience with emerging growth companies.  Mr. Kelly has extensive transactional and litigation experience in in a broad array of commercial matters including unfair competition, international dispute resolution, patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, contract, licensing, employment, and technology transfer disputes, including first chair jury trial experience in federal district court.
