Ms. Kale manages Jennings Strouss’ eDiscovery Department, which includes overseeing the Firm’s use and implementation of eDiscovery technology, and management of our eDiscovery team who provides support to legal case teams. She has over 30 years of experience including preparation of eDiscovery structures and workflows, collection, importing, processing, reviewing, and production of electronic data; preparation of disclosure statements, discovery requests and discovery responses. Ms. Kale also has experience in all aspects of trial preparation relating to trial exhibits and witness preparation and often attends and assists with trials and hearings.
