Biography
Ms. Innabi is a Member of the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Department. She is a dedicated, diligent, and highly effective attorney with experience providing professional legal representation to a wide range of commercial clients including business owners, landlords, property investors, and entrepreneurs.
Ms. Innabi’s approach to legal matters is simply to find the most practical and cost-effective solution that will protect her clients’ interests and accomplish their goals. She works continuously to help her clients build a strong foundation on which to thrive, including entity formation and governance, business planning, contract drafting and review, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning.
After completing an internship with Raytheon Missile Systems and serving as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, Snell & Wilmer, and the State Bar of Arizona, Ms. Innabi received her license to practice from the State Bar of Arizona in 2013 with a certification in international business and trade law. She then founded and managed Innabi Law Firm, PLLC, a women and minority owned law firm that specialized in supporting small businesses around the world.
Fully devoted to her practice, Ms. Innabi is a member of Eliances, and has served on several committees for the Arizona Women Lawyers Association (AWLA) and the State Bar of Arizona.
Outside of the office, Ms. Innabi has a soft spot for animal welfare. She has rescued several dogs that were scheduled for euthanization, providing the support they need until they are able to secure forever homes. She is an Arizona-native who loves traveling around the state and seeing new places, particularly her client’s local businesses.
