Biography
Mr. Imbornoni is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including real estate, construction, agri-business and insurance brokerage disputes. He has handled complex mediations and arbitrations and has extensive trial and appellate court experience. He also practices in the area of bankruptcy litigation.
Prior to entering the field of law, Mr. Imbornoni worked in accounting and finance for a global technology firm.

Representative Experience
- Represented federal receiver of a state-chartered bank in 126 consolidated actions to enforce promissory notes relating to limited partnership investments
- Represented a national brokerage firm in defense of action relating to insolvency of London market insurance underwriting syndicates
- Represented Arizona construction contractors in defense of complex construction cases, including public works projects and construction of highways, bridges, school buildings and other commercial developments
- Represented Arizona farmers and ranchers in numerous tort and contract disputes, including fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims, crop damage claims, product defects and hay quality disputes
- Represented Arizona dairy farmers in defense of actions by the dairy cooperative for alleged breach of exclusive marketing and non-compete agreements
- Represented Arizona farmers to recover amounts owed under federally-reinsured crop insurance policies, including good farming practice appeals to the U.S.D.A. Risk Management Agency
- Represented Arizona dairy farmers in contract disputes under the Grain Trade Rules of the National Grain and Feed Association
