Tyler is an Associate in the Firm’s Business Transactions and Real Estate sections. His practice focuses on clients’ governance and transactional needs, as well as their commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Jennings Strouss, Tyler lived in Dallas, Texas, and worked as a Real Estate Associate for Jones Day, an international law firm. Among other things, he produced and coordinated work product for many high-profile deals with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, lenders, title companies, and other parties.
During law school in Charlottesville, Virginia, Tyler studied corporate and real estate law, and he also worked in-house for a large outdoors retailer.
Having spent his childhood in Gilbert, Arizona, Tyler is happy to be back in the Valley. When he’s not closing deals, Tyler can be found doing yoga, hiking, rock-climbing, and playing Nintendo 64 with his son.
