Biography
Mr. Fradkin has extensive trial experience in the areas of medical and professional malpractice defense, products liability, personal injury defense, and insurance defense. He focuses his practice on the defense of physicians, hospitals, and other medical professionals in medical malpractice cases. His clients include medical malpractice insurance carriers, including the largest medical liability insurer in Arizona, as well as several self-insured hospitals and medical centers across the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
Mr. Fradkin also represents physicians and other professionals before various licensing boards in disciplinary matters. In addition, he has more than 30 years of experience conducting significant personal injury and wrongful death trials for both plaintiffs and defendants. The State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specializations had designated Mr. Fradkin as a Certified Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation.
