Biography
Ms. Epperson focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, along with estate administration, probate litigation, and other contested estate matters. She also has experience in the areas of personal injury, condemnation proceedings, and civil appeals.
During law school, Ms. Epperson served as Senior Research Editor of the Arizona Law Review, was selected as an Ares Fellow in Civil Procedure, worked with the Arizona Attorney General’s Civil Rights Division, acted as Project Manager for the American Law Institute’s revision and publication of the Concise Restatement of Torts 3d., volunteered with the Volunteer Lawyer’s Program, and enjoyed membership in the Arizona Law Women’s Association and Business Law Society. After earning her law degree in 2013, Ms. Epperson served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Virginia C. Kelly of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division II. She then practiced as a civil and commercial litigator in Tucson and Phoenix before joining Jennings Strouss in 2018.
