Kayte spent over 40 years in Nursing and Surgical Administration in both Maryland and Arizona. Kayte has clinical and extensive administrative experience with the daily operations of Ambulatory Surgery, Endoscopy, Operating Room, Pre-admitting, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, as well as Central Sterile and Processing Department. In her administrative roles, she was responsible for infection control, risk and legal management, quality control and utilization review, medical staff, human resources, quality management program, and staff education, and obtaining and maintaining State, Federal and Joint Commission Accreditation.
Kayte has experience in all specialties of perioperative nursing and continues to maintain her Certification in the Operating Room as well as her Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certifications.
