- Represents clients in contested probate, trust, conservatorship and guardianship matters
- Represents clients in the acquisition and sale of real property, property financing, refinancing and private and judicial foreclosures
- Represented defendant farmers in securing a summary judgment against a buyer of their farmland who accused them of nondisclosure of a pending Palo Verde Watershed floodplain study being conducted by Flood Control District of Maricopa County
- Represented plaintiff consumer credit counseling agency in a suit for indemnification and contribution against three other consumer credit counseling agencies (Jury verdict for plaintiff as to two of three defendants for full amount demanded; affirmed on appeal; summary judgment in favor of the third defendant; reversed on appeal; settled)
- Represented clients in negotiations with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and suppliers regarding their contractual agreements and documents relating to various private and public works projects
- Represented defendant tennis court contractor against breach of contract and breach of unworkmanlike performance claims (Defense jury verdict)
- Represented plaintiff apartment complex owner against an engineering firm that designed a wastewater treatment plant for the apartment complex (Settled before trial)
- Represented defendant farmer in a suit for specific performance relating to his farm property (Settled before trial)
- Represented defendant website design firm in action relating to a website promoting employee benefits (Settled before trial)
- Represented plaintiff office complex owner against the lessee for breach of lease (Judgment for plaintiff following bench trial; motion for partial new trial granted to defendant-lessee reversed on appeal, Judgment reinstated; published opinion)
- Represented defendant general contractor against claims by commercial window shutter firm that building premises were not constructed in accordance with the contract. Claims exceeded $1,000,000 (Adverse jury verdict of $200,000, no attorneys’ fees awarded to plaintiff; settled while on appeal).
