Statement of Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

The firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, with the support of the firm’s Management Committee, leads Jennings Strouss’ diversity efforts.

Our Attorney Recruiting Committee continues to target law clerks, summer associates, and lateral candidates with diverse backgrounds and interests who share the firm’s commitment to diversity.
As a dedicated community leader, Jennings Strouss has a proud tradition of supporting diversity within the communities where the firm practices through financial contributions to key partners, scholarships, volunteerism, mentoring local law students, hosting continuing legal education programs, and participating in local and state level events and conferences aimed at fostering diversity.
