Biography

Ms. Wilky’s nursing career as a legal nurse consultant began in 1986. Her clinical background includes intensive care of neurological and trauma patients. She has been certified as a life care planner since 1997 and has served as an expert witness testifying on numerous catastrophic cases.

Ms. Wilky was a certified rehabilitation nurse and disability management specialist for 15 years while also evaluating medical malpractice and personal injury cases. She provides her medical expertise to the firm’s attorneys in the medical malpractice and personal injury practices and excels at breaking down a matter to identify relevant medical issues. Ms. Wilky interviews and collaborates with medical and healthcare professionals for the retention of experts to address the standard of care, causation, and damages issues. She develops comprehensive medical record chronologies, conducts medical research, and presents medical analyses to the attorneys throughout the litigation process.
