Biography

Mr.  Rogers is an entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in building companies. Regardless of its current stage of development, whether a start-up or established public company, he focuses on ushering a business into its next growth stages. Having facilitated public and private financing for all sizes of companies in New York, Canada, and Europe, Mr. Rogers offers his clients access to the global financing opportunities of the 21st century.

Mr. Rogers commenced his law practice on Wall Street and became a partner in a New York-based, multi-national law firm. Having founded and taken public his own medical technology company, he understands the entrepreneurial spirit and knows the institutional challenges and unlimited opportunities before today’s business leaders.

Mr. Rogers received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Columbia University where he was named an International Fellow by the Columbia School of International and Public Affairs. He serves as General Counsel and is an Executive Committee member of the Board of the Canada-Arizona Business Council. Mr. Rogers is an avid cyclist and speaks fluent German.
