Biography

Ms. Curry’s practice is focused on litigation, with an emphasis on eminent domain and real estate. She primarily represents condemning authorities, acquiring or condemning property for the expansion of roads, utilities, and other public infrastructure projects. Ms. Curry also advises clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including motion practice, discovery, trial, and appeals.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Curry clerked for Judge Diane Johnsen at Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals.
