Ms. Bidlack focuses her practice on bankruptcy and restructuring, business transactions, and commercial litigation. Before joining Jennings Strouss, she was an attorney with a private firm in Scottsdale for over six years, where she practiced in the areas of business transactions including M&A and real estate deals, restructuring and bankruptcy for businesses and high net worth individuals, creditors’ rights, and construction law. Previously, Bidlack spent time as in-house counsel to a marketing company. While attending law school, Ms. Bidlack was a legal extern for the Honorable David Campbell of the Arizona District Court.
