Danielle J.K. Constant focuses her practice on litigation, with an emphasis on eminent domain and real estate litigation. She brings more than 14 years of litigation experience, having practiced at the Pima County Attorney’s Office in Tucson prior to joining Jennings Strouss.

For the Pima County Attorney’s Office, Ms. Constant prosecuted more than 40 felony jury trials and appeared in Justice and Superior Courts on more than 1,000 occasions for bench trials, motions, evidentiary and restitution hearings, and calendaring matters. She prosecuted defendants in felony and misdemeanor jury trials, evidentiary hearings, bench trials and other court proceedings. She also reviewed and issued pre-indictment felony charges in violent, vehicular, property and narcotic offenses and conducted legal research and training. She was an instrumental part of the negotiation of thousands of serious felony cases.

Previously Ms. Constant interned for the City of Mesa Attorney's Office and the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and has worked as a Curatorial Intern for the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C.
