  • Represented physicians and healthcare providers in medical malpractice jury trials, including wrongful death, failure to diagnose, and negligent performance of surgery

  • Represented healthcare professionals before state licensing boards including the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy, Arizona State Board of Nursing and Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners

  • Handled numerous arbitration hearings, including claims for premise liability, personal injury and breach of contract

  • Obtained dismissals in favor of medical professionals for failure to adequately allege breach of the standard of care

  • Represented the State of Arizona and insurance companies in subrogation matters, including lien claims under ERISA, Medicare and A.R.S. § 12-962

  • State of Arizona, ex rel. David Raber v. Wang, 230 Ariz. 476, 286 P.3d 1085 (App. 2012) (cert. denied March 19, 2013): Represented the State of Arizona in establishing that the State is not required to reduce its recovery rights under A.R.S. § 12-962 to account for attorneys’ fees or costs

  • Represents attorneys and law firms in matters relating to State Bar complaints, disciplinary matters, bar admissions, and other licensing, ethics and professional responsibility issues
