Jennings Strouss' expert team of commercial litigation attorneys is one of the strongest in the Southwest. Our work is wide-ranging and includes virtually every type of litigation matter, ranging from the routine to large-scale, multi-jurisdictional litigation. If you have a minimum of 15 years' experience serving as lead counsel for entities with complex issues, we want to talk with you about opportunities at the firm. If you have a team of professionals in your firm or practice group, we want to talk with you about considering the possibility of moving the group to Jennings Strouss.

Our corporate and transactional practice is looking for experienced attorneys that regularly counsel business clients on general operational issues, legal strategies, mergers and acquisitions, public and private security offerings, corporate governance, entity planning and formation, and banking and finance.

We are expanding the firm's management-orientated labor and employment practice. If you have a minimum of 10+ years' experience in representing and litigating on behalf of management before federal, state and local administrative agencies in employment-related claims, counseling clients in various employee-related aspects of corporate transactions, and regularly provide advice and other assistance to private and public employers, we want to talk to you.

If you are an experienced attorney in federal, state and local taxation law, and/or estate planning and probate, Jennings Strouss may be the perfect fit for your practice. Our highly skilled and respected attorneys advise clients on corporate and personal tax planning, employee benefits, estate planning, and tax litigation. We also handle matters involving tax-exempt organizations and trade associations. We are looking to hire an established tax attorney to complement our practice. CPA/LLM in tax preferred.
