Phoenix   |   Tax/Estate Planning/Probate Administration Attorneys with 1-5 years’ Experience

The Phoenix office of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon has an opportunity for attorneys with broad-based experience in  tax, estate planning and probate administration and related corporate and real estate matters. Practice in federal court and handling administrative controversies before the IRS and/or probate court, helpful but not required.  Our highly skilled and respected attorneys advise clients on corporate and personal tax planning, employee benefits, estate planning, probate administration and tax litigation.  We also handle matters involving tax-exempt organizations and trade associations.  We want to hire motivated tax attorneys to assist with our transactional, tax and tax controversy, estate planning, probate administration practice.  LL.M. in tax preferred.  Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills and be a current member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona or be eligible for Admission on Motion.
